Voting System And Controller Update

Dear Member,

Virtual Skies is about to open the world of controlling to you! Upon joining you will be able to logon and control any position up to tower around the world*.

Pilots and controllers will be able to rate you using our unique voting system, just using a command in either your pilot client or ATC radar (check forum for details or below). This will then enable staff and instructors to improve the training process and allowing you, the controller, more freedom and a greater chance to prosper.

Also keep an eye open for our open day events. This is where we will you will be able to experience higher level rating positions with an instructor for the day – just to give you a taster of what it is like to control other positions.

Please note that we have not restored the automatic rating system just yet so votes and hours will not affect your rating as in the past. However we may be returning the system to its full use in the coming months. The voting system will be on all flight servers within 24hours, if you are receiving an error when voting please contact a member of the development team or myself.

If you would like ATC training to validate yourself on a certain position for events – please contact a member of your regional or country training team. This also applies for those seeking pilot training.
